How Can I Cancel A Subscription?
You can manage your active subscriptions by logging into your account portal right here in SpekterLabs.com. If you have any issues, please contact the support email listed above with your name, email, order receipt, confirmation number and details about your inquiry.

How can I get a refund?
Products that are un-opened and un-used are eligible for full refunds. Please email our support email with your name, email, order confirmation number and order receipt. Once we have this information, we will send you return address so you can ship back the product. We will process the refund the second we receive the product and ensure it hasn’t been damaged or used.

What if my order is damaged?
Simply send us a picture of the damaged item and we will reship the product as soon as possible. If this happens, we apologize for the inconvenience .

How long does it take to ship a order in the US?
Normally around 3 – 5 business days.
